Important Update

As of October 9, 2026, the ATF is not enforcing NFA Form 4 approval or registration requirements for short-barreled rifles. SBRs can be transferred through a licensed dealer with a standard Form 4473 and NICS background check. State and local laws still apply, and this is a federal enforcement policy that can change. Contact us with any questions.
