All firearms and serialized parts (including lower receivers) must ship to a Federal Firearms License holder. The dealer runs the required background check and completes the transfer under federal and state law.

APF Armory® follows state magazine laws. High-capacity magazines are not shipped with firearms into restricted states. Orders for magazines that are illegal in the customer’s state are cancelled. It is the customer’s job to know local capacity limits.

LE exception: City Police, County Sheriff Deputies, State Police, and Federal Officers may qualify with credentials plus a letterhead from administration stating the magazine is for official duty. Some states have no LE exception — call before you order.

As listed on the live FAQ: APF Armory® cannot ship firearms or firearm components to Washington or Illinois. California-compliant builds use the Juggernaut Tactical Hellfighter kit on AR-15 and AR-10 platforms when we can legally build them. Laws change — confirm your state’s rules before you order. Compliance is the buyer’s responsibility.

SBRs and other NFA items transfer through a local FFL/SOT. The dealer runs the Form 4 (or Form 3 dealer-to-dealer first if you bought online). Financing applications are reviewed by Credova®, not APF Armory®. Borrowing decisions and terms are Credova’s. Questions about financing should be directed to Credova®.

Some enhanced proprietary components are sold only as part of a complete APF Armory® firearm so the assembly stays a tested system. We warranty our components; we cannot warranty a customer’s mixed build the same way.

APF Armory® firearms and parts are warranted to the original retail customer for life against defects in material and workmanship, for purchases from APF Armory® or an authorized dealer. Register the warranty to keep it valid — card in the manual or the online form. Warranty requests: this form.

Discontinued items (including the old AR-PCC line and 9mm / LD suppressors as of January 2024) may carry a $25 warranty service charge.

Straight-wall rounds (350 Legend, 450 Bushmaster, and similar) can be picky in a semi-auto. Use the magazines and setup that shipped with the rifle, and stay rigid behind the gun. Soft shouldering can short-stroke and jam.
